If you didn't purchase an extended warranty with your initial purchase, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase.
This limited warranty applies to physical goods purchased from Poppy Dots Design.

What are the charges on delivery?
Unless 'FREE DELIVERY' is specified (orders over R950), a standard express courier charge of R70 applies to deliveries anywhere in South Africa.
Would I be able to cancel my order?
Cancelled orders will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient. Should the provider exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Who would I contact if I'm not happy with the quality of the product?

If on receiving your order you are not delighted with your purchase, let our customer service team know within 7 days and we will gladly provide you with a refund provided the item is unworn and in its original condition and original packaging.
What if my product is damaged?
If you have used a product and found it to be damaged or faulty we will either replace or refund the item, depending on the circumstance.
Although seldom charged we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.
Where is my order?
Our delivery policy states delivery within 2 - 3 working days, and we will do evertyhing in our power to deliver it. You will be able to track the status of your order using the tracking ID that will be sent to you. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service. Remember, you will receive an email from us to tell you that your order is on it way, and receive a tracking number so that you can follow it's progress.
Can I exchange the product?
Products can be exchanged. This option is available within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if products are returned worn, damaged, not in the orignal packaging or not in a saleable condition. You can return the product using your own courier service, or we can assist you by booking a collection with our courier partner. If we book it for you, there is a restocking fee applicable of R120.
