Shipping policy

Poppy Dots Design Local South African Shipping Policy:

• Orders over R1500 qualify for Free Shipping anywhere in South Africa. 
• FREE SHIPPING takes 4-7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• R175 EXPRESS COURIER to your door:  2-3 days  (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• R120 ECONOMY COURIER to your DOOR:  4-7 DAYS  (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Once payment has been received, the order will be prepared and couriered.
• The Courier Guy is our preferred supplier and will be handling your parcel.   You can track your parcel on their website www.thecourierguy.co.za using the tracking number that you will receive.
• Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, you will automatically receive your tracking information via email or WhatsApp. From this point onward, your parcel is in the care of the courier company, and it becomes the customer’s responsibility to track the delivery and liaise directly with the courier regarding delivery updates, address changes, or delays.

We are always happy to assist with guidance, but please note that Poppy Dots Design does not have control over courier schedules, routes, or delays once the parcel has been dispatched.
