Refund policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange a product - no problem!  Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Jewellery must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging, unworn, showing no signs of damage or alteration.

You can make your own arrangements to courier it back to us, or you can make use of our restocking service.  The service fee is R150 and will gladly assist you with the necessary arrangements to have the courier collect it from you.

We retain the option to subtract the initial courier expense from the sale price during the refund processing.

International Returns:  At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds on international orders shipped outside of South Africa.
