Q:  Do you have a show room?

A:  NO, we do not have a show room or a shop that is open to the public.  We are online based.

 

Q:  What is your return or exchange policy?

A:  We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you wish to return or exchange a product - no problem!  It must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging and unworn.  We charge a restocking fee of R140 and will gladly assist you with the necessary arrangements of the courier.

Q:  How long does delivery take?

A:  Once payment has been received, delivery normally takes 2-3 days - unless your address falls in an outlaying farm area.
