Q:  If I live in or around Somerset West, can I collect my order to save on the courier cost?

A:  Yes!  Please choose COLLECTION as shipping option to avoid the courier costs.  A suitable time for collection can be arranged by email.

 

Q:  Do you have a show room?

A:  We do not have a show room or a shop that is open to the public.  We are online based.

 

Q:  What is your return or exchange policy?

A:  We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you wish to return or exchange a product you are welcome to do so.  It must be returned  within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging and unworn.  We charge a restocking fee of R100 and will gladly assist you with the necessary arrangements with the courier.
